EXCHANGE

The buyer has the option of replacing the goods purchased in the www.repinpeace.com e-store for a different size(s) within 14 days from the date of their receipt, together with the original tags.

All you need to do is fill in the form attached to the order with information about the goods being sent back and for which goods will be exchanged and the order number.

The parcel with the exchanged product(s) together with our return/exchange form or a handwritten sheet should be sent to the following address: TRADING B2B, Artylerzystów 22, 94-230 Łódź, POLAND (best and cheapest way is registered letter).

In order to send another product(s) we will need you to pay 5 Euro to cover another shipping costs (by Paypal or wire transfer). After receiving the package, we will send back the second product(s).

To speed up the exchange process, you can contact us by e-mail and give notice of your intention to do so.

Due to absence of the needed item(s), we will inform you by e-mail.

Exchange is possible if the goods have not been worn and do not have any visible signs of use. If it is found that the goods were worn or have defects that did not have before shipment, the replacement of the goods will not be taken into account and the goods will be returned at the expense of the Buyer.

In the event of receipt of goods inconsistent with the order, the 'Complaints' procedure shall apply, not 'Exchange'.
